Pros: Whopping 6x optical zoom. First rate picture quality. Runs on AAs so easy to get emergency power.
Cons: Piddling 85,000 pixel LCD. Not the slimmest or lightest on the market.

Verdict: The Panasonic DMC LZ2 offers something different. This is a point and shoot camera with a zoom lens twice the length of a standard size lens. The camera produces very sharp images and is also very easy to use indeed.

Cons: Irritating load times, bad image writing lag outdoors, ordinary build
