I ordered an external hard drive on free (5 day) dely, after a week it was still showing as not yet shipped so contacted them through Google Checkout asking for status update. No response. I use Ebuyer almost weekly, and whilst I will agree that I have had a couple of Citylink cards through the door - and at least one while I was definitely at home - the service from Ebuyer is brilliant - always arrives - always good - and any problem they take it back with no quibble. I have spent an lot of money over the years with ebuyer but sadly I am now not sure I will use them again. If you order from a catalogue retailer in the high street and use ring and reserve they keep the item till you collect it with no money involved till receipt. I've been shopping on ebuyer since 2004, I've spent quite a lot on ebuyer, reason, simple: they're fast at delivery, always surprise you because delivery is always earlier than expected; never had problem with RMA, always getting mine without any problem; price is always cheapest most of time; huge products range. I have spent about 10k with ebuyer over the years, and find them a good company to deal with, BUT!!!! there carrier (INITAL CITY LINK ) ARE VERY UNRELIABLE, even when they print on there webbsite their tracking systen and tell the customer to stay in and that the parcel is on there van to be delivered that day, and they still do not turn up. this has happened many a time now and i am frdup of payi... Brilliant transaction, purchased digital camera on a weekend - opted for free carriage - was kept informed by email all through the delivery process - was able to track delivery and the camera arrived safe and sound on the 2nd working day! I ordered an LG 37 Inch TV from Ebuyer. It was not the cheapest shop, but just a few more £'s than the cheapest. It had the best options for delivery in my opinion and that is the main reason I used Ebuyer. The delivery prices were reasonable and I could choose the day that I wanted to take delivery of my TV.

Yesterday I purchased a £200 Netgear router from eBuyer.com having found their price via the price-grabber portal Kelkoo.co.uk. I clicked through to eBuyer as I am a previous customer of theirs. The Kelkoo price clearly showed free delivery. This offer is also clearly shown on their website and is referred to on their telephone call processing system (free delivery on all orders over £49.99).
