    Hi Nicholas,

    Thank you for leaving your honest feedback. With regards to price matching, we are happy to match any UK based company, however the two sites you requested we price match were in fact based in Hong Kong and America.

    We don't believe they can offer anywhere near the same level of service that we can offer with regards to repairs, UK phone support line, 14 day money back guarantee, 30 day replacement guarantee and 2 year UK warranty.

    With regards to the warranty I can confirm that we supply a 2 year UK warranty.

    With regards to the packing error, I'd like to apologise once again for this mistake and am glad to see you received the correct one within
    24 hours. I can confirm that we refunded the postage and issued a further refund as an apology for the mistake. We are introducing a new barcode scanning system in our warehouse which will eliminate this sort of error.

    Wow that is what I call service - ordered Panasonic FZ18 on Friday evening 20/6/08 choosing cheapest delivery of £2.99 (5 - 7 days) got email 1 hour later to say it had been despatched - arrived 2.30 on Monday 23/6/08 (delivery firm closed weekends) couldn't ask for better service - would certainly use again and recommend to friends.     Ordered a camera on a bank holiday Monday and chose the cheapest delivery option (5-7 days @ £2.99). It was dispatched on the Wednesday (I got a further email to tell me this and give me a tracking number) and it arrived on the Thursday morning.

    Easy to use website compared to some others I've tried (pixmania, play.com) and very keen prices.
