    I ordered a camera from the Camera Box website [ Camerabox.co.uk. ] and they sent me an email a few days later saying that the camera had been discontinued and they had no stock so could not fulfil my order although they had already charged my debit card when I ordered.

    My Canon 850IS camera did not come with any manual. The box was complete, even a 'proper' sticker on the box cover. However, the item was probably opened by Camerabox, and the manual not included. Despite informing them via phone and email several times, it has been 3 months, and still no manual was sent to me.
