I live on the 4th floor without a lift. I read the Ts & Cs on Laskys' site about delivery. It says they will deliver into your flat. When I order there was no box to give extra delivery instructions. On Sunday night I ordered a sony dav-dz860w home cinema system. It was actually £140.00 cheaper than Comet. I received an e-mail on Monday morning to say that it had been despatched. It arrived this morning (Wednesday).

Don’t buy from laskys.com Their customer support is awful. They won’t allow me to return a high value Apple item untouched and still in its entire original packaging as it is past the 7 days minimum stipulated by the distance selling regulations.

It was actually about two weeks from when I purchased it for my girlfriends birthday.

Purchased a american style fridge/freezer,ordered over the phone,fast and easy.Big saving compared to other outlets. Delivered on time,took great care not to damage when squeezing through back door. Customer care dreadful - forced to call them to report faulty goods using a national rate telephone number - operator stated that they could not call me back and that they did not have a geographical telephone number for me to call!!!
