The goods were ordered and everything was quite easy online. They contacted me when it was to be delivered. They gave me the telephone number of the Logistics Firm who texted me regarding the delivery date and that was done on time. Very timely and informative customer care. Arrived exactly as they said it would. Packaging had at some point been damp but the product was OK. Some fitting parts were missing and there were no installation instructions for a built in appliance. I had to download them from the Internet. Otherwise very good. Read Full Review »
