Canon EOS 400 DSLR

Pros: Robust, compact and very easy to use. Interchangeable lenses a bonus
Cons: None found yet.

It was a very slow progress for me from 'wet film' through a compact Pentax digital to the Canon. Having operated the film version Canon EOS for a number of years I found the transition seamless. The controls are intuitive but the instruction book is superb for anything you need help with. That I can continue to use the 28 - 70 mm and 75 - 300 mm lens is simply wonderful. As a keen aviator it is robust, yet compact enough to use in the cockpit and produce superb results. A sensible move for those moving up to DSLR on a budget.
