i bought this product at the highest price to make dure i had the best quality yet when it arrived it was scratched all over the zoom wouldn't work and all the photos turned out rubbish. i took the camera to a professional and they told me it was so bad there was nothing they could do about it. later i wrote in and they didn't do anything i just got left with a rubbish camera
