      Casio Exilim EX-S10 (blue) review

Pros: Slim design; features not often found on cameras in this class/price range; convenient onscreen menu; live histogram; broad Best Shot options; peppy performance

Cons: Tiny controls; impossible to read icons/text on buttons and camera body; soft photos; moderate zoom focal range

Verdict: Although its tiny size and just-average image quality may be dealbreakers for some, the Casio Exilim EX-S10 comes equipped with tons of features that will appeal to snapshooters who want an easy-to-use camera that delivers more than simply point-and ...

Product Reviews: Casio Exilim Card EX S10

      By Jason Saundalkar

Review summary: The Exilim Card EX S10 is Casio's latest slim line point-and-shoot camera and the firm even claims it's the slimmest 10.1-megapixel camera in the world.

      Casio Exilim EX-S10

Review summary: The Casio Exilim EX-S10 is a 10.1-megapixel compact camera with a 2.7-inch Super Clear LCD screen and 3x optical zoom. With face detection and an auto shutter mode, it also has a YouTube capture function and the ability to drag and drop videos ...

Pros: Like lingerie, the more you pay for a digital camera, the less you get. The S10 justifies its high price by slinking into your life at just 15mm thick and 113g, with a choice of stimulating red, sultry silver, sleek black or, er, functional blue ...

Cons: The Casio's surgically-enhanced 10-megapixel sensor is a touch top-heavy for such a slimline snapper: images get noisy and dirty in low light, which isn't nearly as much fun as it sounds. The modest 3x zoom lens is on the small side these days, too

Verdict: This handbag-friendly skinny-cam that's great for party photos and shooting from the hip. A great upgrade from your cameraphone but unlikely to replace a serious snapper.
