      Casio Exilim EX-Z700 (blue) review

      Pros: Quick and responsive; solid build

      Cons: Heavy fringing; left edge of images are blurry; should not default to Quick Shot mode

      Verdict: The Casio Exilim EX-Z700 is a solid ultracompact camera, but there are better choices out there.

      Cons: Close focus distance, barrel distortion at wide-angle end of lens, intrusive noise at all ISO settings, image quality
