      Pros: Good image quality at 12M and 8M image sizes.Excellent colours.4X zoom.Widescreen mode.wide 2.1 inch LCD screen.Excellent construction/finishing.Very fast start-up.

      Cons: Lack of selection for image quality.Reflective surface of monitor makes it hard to see outdoors.Compression a bit strong at the highest image quality.RAW format poorly supported by software.

      Cons: No control over quality (JPEG) settings at 6MP, Slightly high contrast - cannot be changed in-camera, Tendency towards slight underexposure (exposes for highlights), 6MP images look over sharpened (changing sharpness setting helps slightly), 4-shot ...

      Verdict: The FinePix F810 Zoom is a very classy camera ideal for the serious photographer wanting a 'carry anywhere' companion to an SLR.
