      Fujifilm FinePix S2000HD digital camera

      Review summary: Will this get you into the action?

      Pros: Lens, features, low ISO image quality, HD movies, menus, Super Macro mode

      Cons: Higher ISO image noise, electronic viewfinder, purple fringing on high contrast shots, plastic build

      Verdict: A whopping 15x zoom lens is the key feature of this, Fujifilm's latest ultra zoom compact that's replete with features and clever kit. But there are a few foibles that spoil the party

      Fujifilm FinePix S2000HD

      Pros: Very compact, comfortable design ; lots of shooting options ; 720p MPEG-4 video ; relatively inexpensive

      Cons: Slow performance ; visible image noise even at low ISO sensitivities ; mediocre EVF

      Verdict: The nicely designed Fujifilm FinePix S2000HD has more going on than just its long lens, but photo quality isn't quite there.
