      Review summary: There's no optical viewfinder - you need to rely on LCD for composing and viewing

      Pros: Attractive looks, Strong battery life

      Cons: Small size makes it awkward to use at times

      Verdict: Other shooting options worthy of note are those that cater for capturing fast-moving scenes, and these enable you to keep the shutter open for multiple capture of frames (provided you've room on your memory card)

      Pros: ISO1600, “natural” shooting modes, fast start up

      Cons: No optical viewfinder ; no true manual mode

      Verdict: The Fujifilm Z3 is a stylish, ultra-compact camera with excellent build quality, good low-light performance and well-selected features, targeted at producing quality photos without gimmicks

      Review summary: Lifestyle camera that's good in low light...

      Pros: Good looks, high ISO

      Cons: Price, low-light AF is disappointing

      Verdict: There are many lifestyle cameras around, but the Z3 seems particularly attractive to women, judging by my straw poll in Southend.
