Digital Cameras - Minolta Dimage G400 Digital Camera Review, Information, Specifications
Review summary: Compact, feature-laden, and stylish, the DiMAGE G400 offers point-and-shoot simplicity for beginners and full manual exposure control for more advanced consumers. While it's a little prone to image noise and/or reduced detail at higher ISO settings, I ...
Pros: Sleek but solid design ; Large 3-inch LCD display with okay resolution and extra-wide viewing angle ; Relatively lightweight ; Good speed for a consumer camera with very little shutter lag when you pre-focus ; Helpful HP Real Life technologies include ...
Cons: Image quality not up to snuff for a camera with an 8.2 megapixel sensor ; Lens produced images with overall softness and noticeable barrel distortion at the wide-angle ; Images looked flat and lacked crisp color and dynamic range ; Caucasian skin ...

Minolta Dimage G400
Review summary: Minolta Dimage G400 Review and Where to Find the Best Prices. This may be a pocket sized digital camera, but it also has a range of manual exposure controls. It has four megapixels and a three times zoom lens.
Verdict: Priced a little below similar cameras. Therefore offers good value for money. The more I used this camera the more I liked it.

Pros: Very good photo quality ; Ultra fast startup time ; Compact, all-metal body ; Quite a few manual controls ; Dual memory card slots support Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro + SD/MMC cards ; Endless continuous shooting mode (though at a sluggish 1 frame ...
Cons: Clumsy menu system ; no organization, hard to navigate ; Images are a little noisy ; Manual white balance would've been nice ; Average AF speeds, poor low light focusing, despite the external focus sensor ; Plastic tripod mount, flimsy plastic door ...
Verdict: When it's time to charge the battery, just pop it into the included charger. This isn't one of those cool "plug right into the wall" chargers -- you must use a power cord. It takes 2 hours to fully charge the battery
