      Review summary: I know, it's nothing new, but Nikon has added one more to its s-series, Coolpix S9, yet again. Let's check it out.

      Pros: Design, Compact, Build quality, Easy to use interface

      Cons: Slow operation, Red eye reduction systems fail most of the times, Below average picture quality, Bad low light performance, Images appear fuzzy most of the times

    Nikon Coolpix S9

    • Pros: small and compact; can keep it in your pocket or handbag comfortably;
    • Cons: in bright sun there is difficulty identifying subject on screen

    Only had it 10 days but am really enjoying it. No viewfinder so had to get used to identifying subject when you are in bright light as your reflection on screen overtakes the intended image. Many features which you should really familiarise yourself with if you are going to get best results. The D-lighting facility is amazing - make sure you know about it to enhance your images.
