      Review summary: One of the best ultra zoom cameras in the last year was the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ10. It featured an F2.8, 12X optical zoom with image stabilization, a 4 Megapixel CCD, manual controls, a hot shoe, and more.

    I have used the FZ20 for around 18 months and have found it excellent. 5 megapixels is modest compared to some cameras currently available, but the stabilised optical zoom more than compensates for this. Pictures at maximum zoom are sharp and clear under all conditions.

    Awesome value for money

    • Pros: Excellent quality, easy to use, great lense and price, made in japan
    • Cons: can feel a little platic

    Overall i have been totally impressed with this camera. I was a little concerned that it was a panasonic when I bought it not being known for cameras but with the leica lense and it being made in Japan along with the price I couldn't be happier. Compared to the cannon and sony versions what this camera packs in is equal to them for a few hundred dollars less. Read Full Review »
