what a brilliant camera was brought up on 35 mm slr and after owning many compact digital cameras felt it was time to branch out into digital slr as a frequent visitor to the lake district i borowed family members slr digi cameras and the results were so hit and miss. bieng on a limited budget i looked at the s5700 superzoom and the specs for the price seemed amazing so not bieng able to afford a full blown slr kit with its expensive interchangeable lenses i decided to purchase the s5700 i was not disapointed everything about this camera is awesome i arrived at lake windermere at dusk armed with a brand new camera with a brief read of the instuction manual set it to the ambiance setting result pictures that blew my mind. next day on the boat from bowness to ambleside i reeled off 123 pictures in all the various settings the results mind blowing every picture crystal clear the best photos ive taken in my entire life. cant fault this camera at all just amazed they can put it on the market at the price simply amazing would recomend this camera to anyone .
