Pros: good product
Cons: unable to use the product due to language setting

Please,
i bought your product at YOKOHAMA Japan last year,
unfortunately i have forgotten to change the language setting from japanese language into English language. Am back to Africa.
can you assist me to the website to find ways of changing the setting
