Combining Panasonic electronics with Leica optics makes this Camera one of the best on the market,have used this camera since Feb 06 constantly. Have purchased a U.V. filter to keep the dust away from the electronics, so far everything works to my full satisfaction. Read Full Review »

- Pros: Ease of Use
- Cons: Exceptionally poor service by panasonic.
We bought it recently and it broke down within two months of purchase. As it was still under warranty we sent it back for repair and haven't received it back as yet, its been almost two months. So I strongly recommend people not to buy this product(actually any panasonic product as they provide exceptionally poor customer service) and suffer. Read Full Review »

Excellent Camera

- Pros: Excellent Build Quality, Easy to use, 12 x Zoom, good pics
- Cons: No remote, No proper lens adaptor (use hood adaptor)
I researched for 3 - 4 months and could find nothing to match it at the price.
I use only outside for wild flower pics and keep in a camera case when walking. I have fallen several times with the camera (once when walking down Ben Nevis fell onto the camera) and so far no problems. As with any expensive piece of kit - always insure it and take the extra warranty.
