Canon EOS 300D

- Pros: Excellent entry Level DSLR, Good price.
- Cons: None I can think of.
Have had my DRebel (American 300D) for 3 years now. Having moved from a simple point and click digital camera. It was simple enough for me to be able to use straight away, yet with enough features to get me interested in learning more about photography. Some Pro's viewed the colour (silver) with derision. An easy step up from an conventional EOS

- Pros: The operation is essentially the same as the EOS film camera
- Cons: Technology is probably moving on faster than I can write this
I've now had an EOS30D for just over a year and it has replaced and EOS50.

It's actually very easy to use, but it has so many features that it can be a bit bewildering (I still haven't used them all).

It is a bit chunky in size but that suits me because I have large hands and find using my wife's Compact (camera that is, not make-up) very difficult as a result. Read Full Review »
